«Ortex Investments Ltd.» – Stability and reliability in business!
Under the terms of the contract, 12 horizontal pumps (AD 12500-24M2) with synchronous electric motors (SDNZ-16-41-12 UZ) were installed by our company, as well as associated sluice timbers, air valves, fans, manometers,
TVS system, TRFOs, Industrial Logistics Complex and other mechanical and electrical systems of the new stationary pump station Kuyu-Mazar.
2013-2016 – Construction of Kizil-Ravat-2 Pump Station of modern structural material – sandwich panels, the construction of a pressure pipe with a diameter of 1620 mm, the construction of a pressure basin and a connecting channel. The delivery and installation of 4 electric motors (2200 kW, 580 rpm) and horizontal pumps (volume 2.5 m³ / s, lifting height 58.7 m), input and individual valve gates, a trash screen with machines, valves, manometers, flowmeters, transformers, PLCs, solar systems, overhead cranes and construction of a 110 kW substation.
The new Kizil-Ravat-2 pumping station allowed to increase the irrigation area by 10,000 hectares of land
“Furkat-1” pump station was built in 1967 which comprised irrigated area of 13500 hectares.
2013-2016 – Reconstruction of the pump station by supplying and installing 5 electric motors each (650 kW, 422 rpm) and vertical pumps each (volume 4 m³ / s, lifting height 9 m) with an automatic pallet control system, replacing 5 compensators, input and individual sluice timbers, gate valves, flow meters, transformers, PLCs, solar panels, dredgers, construction of a 35 / 0.4 kV substation.
The following canals with all hydraulic structures were completely reconstructed within the project:
“Bulokboshi” Pump Station was built in 1967 which comprised irrigated area of 10405 hectares. In the period of 2013-2016, our company performed reconstruction of the pump station by supplying and installing 8 electric motors each (1200 kW, 832 rpm) and horizontal pumps (volume 1.65 m³ / s, lifting height 48 m), replacing the input and individual sluice timbers, trash screen with machine, valves, pressure gauges, flow meters, transformers, PLCs, solar panels, overhead cranes, variable speed motor systems.
The following canals with all hydraulic structures were completely reconstructed within the project:
Suvli pump station was built in 1965 which comprised irrigated area of 5600 hectares. 2013-2016 – Reconstruction of the pump station by supplying and installing 4 electric motors each (1600 kW, 735 rpm) and horizontal pumps (volume 1.5 m³ / s, lifting height 78 m), replacing 12 compensators , input and individual sluice timbers, trash screen with machine, valves, pressure gauges, flow meters, transformers, PLCs, solar panels.
The following canals with all hydraulic structures were completely reconstructed within the project:
1. Company “Ortex Investments Ltd”, under a contract with the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, used loans from OPEC fund, performed the project “Transfer of the floating Kuyu-Mazar Pump Station to stationaty one”;
2.Company “Ortex Investments Ltd”, under a contract with the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, used loans from ADB fund, performed the project “Reconstruction of Bulokboshi pump station”;
3.Company “Ortex Investments Ltd”, under a contract with the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, used loans from ADB fund, performed the project “Reconstruction of the Furkat-1 pump station”;
4.Company “Ortex Investments Ltd”, under a contract with the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, used loans from ADB fund, performed the project “Reconstruction of Suvli pump station”;
5.Company “Ortex Investments Ltd”, under a contract with the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, used loans from ADB fund, performed the project “New construction of the Kizil-Ravat-2 pump station”.
In these projects, Company “Ortex Investments Ltd” completed all installation and construction works, as well as reconstruction of over 70 km irrigation canals, construction 194 pcs of new hydraulic structures, repair 19 pcs of mudflow-pass structures, repair 2 pcs of dukers, gravel inspection roads 24.1 km.
